If your mom or dad ever gave you a cup of warm milk before
bed, this slow milk variation is very reminiscent of that. 
Gentle in flavour, comforting, warming, and soothing.

Sweet & Slow
1 c mylk
1 t ghee
2 t Slow
1 t raw honey or more to taste
(or sweetener of choice, though honey pairs particularly well with Slow) 
pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1 t Tocos
Add the milk to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Bring milk to a gentle bubble (not boiling)
Shut off the heat and add Slow 
Allow to steep for about 5 minutes then strain out the solids
Add the warm, chamomile-infused milk into a high-powered blender
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high for about a minute or so
Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy
